★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar exelente para trabajar, las dinamicas que hacen son geniales, manejan muy buenas campañas, es un lugar muy accesibke respecto a los horarios y el crecimiento es a corto plazo, lo recomiendo di te gusta la atencion a cliente y el trato con ka gente vía telefónica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si buscas un trabajo de medio tiempo, este lugar es para ti ya que cuenta con una facilidad de contratacion, desafortunadamente los supervisores tienen muchas preferencias, dandole la mejor cartera a sus consentidos, aun asi el compañerismo que experimentas hace que se olvide un mal rato, los bonos desafortunadamente son un poco dificiles de alcanzar debido a la cartera quemada, de todas formas por todo lo anterior ha sido una de mis mejores experiencias en call center por el l compañerismo y el buen horario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al trabajar aquí entraras a un mundo en el que el mayor sueño de sus trabajadores con mas tiempo es hacer una carrera en esta empresa patito, una ves dentro te darás cuenta que no conocen el respeto por la ley federal del trabajo ya que lo único que sabrás sobre tus prestaciones de ley es al inicio cuanto te las prometen en 3 meses, mismas que nunca llegan, también toma en cuenta que nunca sabrás para quien trabajas ya que hay fácilmente 3 o 4 nombres de empresas que aparecen ligadas a BRITTEL, nunca te pagaran como nomina serán transferencias algo muy conveniente para ellos, nunca te renovaran tu contrato, es un lugar lleno de violaciones a la ley federal del trabajo, donde te explotaran manejaran tu tiempo a su antojo, y esto es en todos los departamentos. Coordinadores que su mediocridad los conduce a que su mayor sueño en la vida sea ser gerente, una nomina incompetente que por nepotismo le da mayor jerarquía que a cualquier administrativo a un conserje déspota, en fin mi consejo es que si buscas algo temporal para un par de semanas esta perfecto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca sabrás para que empresa estás trabajando, ya que este lugar está lleno de empresas fantasma. Se pasan por el arco del triunfo la ley federal del trabajo, nunca te renuevan contrato. Ni sueñes con tener prestaciones o que te las den en tres meses como lo prometen. Ah! Por cierto, nunca les digas nada que no sea de su agrado, aunque sea verdad, porque te corren inventando cosas inciertas. Si quieres tomarlo como trabajo que sea solo para unos meses porque el de la nómina es un incompetente que padece de sus facultades mentales y que es lo único que hace pero no puede hacerlo bien. Y hay uno que otro coordinador que sueña con ser gerente y que tristemente no tiene más aspiraciones por la vida.
