★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos años era un exelente servicio.. yo llegue a comprar en varias ocasiones.. pero hoy son unos irresponsables.. les di in adelanto de 5 mil mesos y jamas me entregaron mi trabajo.. y tubieron en sinismo de decirme q me regresaban mi dinero y nunca me lo dieron.. no le den trabajo a este tipo de empresas q ahora se dedican al fraude...
 A few years ago it was an excellent service .. I got to buy on several occasions .. but today they are irresponsible .. I gave them an advance of 5 thousand months and they never gave me my work .. and they had in sinism to tell me that they were returning me my money and they never gave it to me ... do not give work to this type of company that is now dedicated to fraud ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui en horario de atención y estaba cerrado y para hacerte una cotización debes llamar y esperar al día siguiente para saber cuánto les pagarás. No manejan existencias y los pedidos los surten de dos a tres semanas.
I went during business hours and it was closed and to make a quote you must call and wait the next day to find out how much you will pay them. They do not handle stocks and orders are filled in two to three weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevo ya dos meses y medio esperando que me entreguen unos anaqueles, pedían un anticipo del 50% para enviarnos el producto, les realizamos el pago y quedaron de entregarnos nuestro pedido y les paguemos el resto contra entrega, después me pedían el pago del total para que nos entreguen, se llego según a un acuerdo de pago contra entrega como ellos quedaron inicialmente, pero aun es fecha que no nos entregan el producto, las secretarias van 4 veces que nos prometen entregar un día pero no llegan y después no atienden. por teléfono ni dan respuesta vía correo y el celular que dan resulta que esta equivocado, NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTE PROVEEDOR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención, hace unos 4 años compré y todo bien, pero ahora con el servicio de Monica Galvan y sus empleados que todo le obedecen, brindan un pésimo servicio, me pidieron anticipo para entregarme un trabajo en dos semanas, pague el 4 de Agosto con iva y hasta el día 28 me enviaron mis productos y nunca recibí la factura, todavia la mugre vieja se las da como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor. No compren nada ahi por favor, yo cometí el error de no leer los comentarios.

Pésimo servicio, pérdida de dinero..
When placing an order they do not comply with the 21 days of delivery and when requesting reports of your order they only go around and stop answering calls.
