Si vas por parte de tu seguro cuidado por que descifré que tienen varios o varias artimañas para ellos llevarse tajada.
Lleve mi coche a cambiar un cristal roto por un cristalazo que me dieron, los de la cristalería me dijo que no tenían mi cristal pero que de momento podrían ponerle uno ( uno con un tono de polarizado ligeramente mas obscuro) hasta que llegara de Monterrey el cristal que corresponde a la tonalidad del polarizado o film. me dijeron que llegaría en 14 día y wow!! sorpresa llego en dos días, lleve mi coche para que instalaran el cristal pero resulto que el cristal que correspondía, el cual me cobraron $200 pesos más que el otro, no traía mica, ningún polarizado y tenia que pagar $600 pesos mas para ponerle la mica que corresponde a la tonalidad.
Chapuceros!! tengan cuidado si es el caso que llegaran a este lugar por algún seguro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedé con la duda de la honradez de sus trabajadores, me cotizaron un parabrisas en más de 20mil pesos y ya supuesta mente con descuento y seguro quedaba en 2mil. Fui a otras 2 empresas diferentes y el mismo parabrisas no pasaba de 5mil y con seguro quedo en 1145.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que cada quien habla de cómo la va en la feria, yo tuve una buena experiencia, mi parabrisas frontal se rompió por un piedra voladora en carretera, mi seguro es AXA y sólo pagué el deducible. La atención por teléfono fue concisa y con la información necesaria, al llegar me recibieron amablemente e hicieron todo el trámite con la aseguradora. Me fui a comer y una hora y media después, tengo parabrisas nuevo. A considerar que llegué temprano y tenían pocos coches por ser día feriado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les hace falta conocer más de seguros. Especialmente de la ley de seguros y fianzas. Debido a su desconocimiento sus procesos son ineficientes. Estuve más de 3 horas con su “trámite” para que al final salieran con que no tenían mi cristal. Por segunda ocasión, quedaron en llamarme para avisar cuando tuvieran mi cristal. La primera vez nunca llamaron, esperemos que ahora sí.
