★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan muchísimo para contestar el teléfono, una vez que contestaron nos dieron 4 días para tener el cristal por lo que no fue opción para nosotros y el día de hoy recibí una llamada después de 10 días para preguntarme si ya había realizado el cambio a lo que conteste que ya lo había realizado con otra empresa y la señorita súper grosera colgó inmediatamente, sin decir mas nada.
 They take a long time to answer the phone, once they answered they gave us 4 days to have the glass so it was not an option for us and today I received a call after 10 days to ask if I had already made the change to what I answered that I had already done it with another company and the super rude lady hung up immediately, without saying anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poreeio de una aseguradora me tocó cambiar el parabrisas de mi camioneta en ese lugar la primera vez. Lo dejaron mal pegado entraba agua y la segunda vez lo dejaron con exceso de pegamento y un trabajo muy sucio y poco profesional
Due to an insurance company, I had to change the windshield of my truck in that place the first time. They left it badly glued, water entered and the second time they left it with excess glue and a very dirty and unprofessional job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les hace falta calidad de servicio, fui por un parabrisas y la chica que me atendió puso mil Pretextos para no recibirme ese día ni al siguiente, sino hasta iniciando el año. No quieren trabajar, así que lo reporte al seguro y cambie de negocio. La gente por ese motivo está jodida, no hacen ningún esfuerzo por mejorar su calidad de vida, menos las de los demás. Desafortunadamente son la cara de muchos negocios cuando la marca no tiene la culpa. Saludos!!
They need quality of service, I went through a windshield and the girl who attended me put a thousand Pretexts to not receive me that day or the next, until the beginning of the year. They don't want to work, so report it to insurance and change business. People for that reason are screwed, they make no effort to improve their quality of life, except those of others. Unfortunately they are the face of many businesses when the brand is not to blame. Regards!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio está bien toda vez que logras comunicarte, el problema es los números telefónicos porque debes de tener paciencia o de plano estar ahí para que se te atienda.
De lo demás el servicio está bien y la gente te atiende rápido y lo mejor que puede hacer.
Requiere de otros medios para comunicarse solamente mi opinión.
The service is fine every time you manage to communicate, the problem is the phone numbers because you have to be patient or be there to be attended to.
Otherwise the service is good and the people attend you quickly and the best they can do.
It requires other means to communicate only my opinion.
