Siento que faktan clásicos pero es comprensible que solo manejen las últimas tendencias. En este abril del 2021, su campaña de 40% de descuento fue muy buena. Ojo, hay secciones que lo aplican desde la primera pieza por lo que te recomiendo llevar bien la cuenta para comprar más.

Pregunté por una talla de suéteres y se limitaron a decirme que no tenían, sin ofrecerme ninguna alternativa. La persona que medio me atendió, regresó corriendo al sillón en el que estaba sentada a seguir en la plática del chisme en el que estaban. Detrás de mi entraron otros clientes y lo mismo, no hicieron por levantarse a ver si se les ofrecía algo. La semana pasada que compré un par de camisas en lugar del ticket de mi compra me dieron un corte de caja (el personal está distraído en otra cosa). Me encanta la calidad de la ropa de esta marca, pero la atención en esta tienda deja mucho que desear.
I have gone two weekends in a row and the attention leaves much to be desired. If you don't ask, nobody comes to help you. I asked for a sweater size and they just told me they didn't have it, offering no alternative. The person who half attended to me, ran back to the chair where I was sitting to continue the gossip talk they were in. Other customers came behind me and they did the same, they did not get up to see if they were offered something. Last week I bought a couple of shirts instead of my purchase receipt I got a cash cutout (staff is distracted on something else). I love the quality of the clothing of this brand, but the attention in this store leaves much to be desired.
