★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio asqueroso, me hicieron ir dos veces a recoger mi impresora sin haber nadie, despues de las 4 ya no contestan el telefono, me cobraron $850 y no arreglaron mi problema solo el relleno de la tinta (que uno de los 4 cartuchos no me lo habian llenado por que "ese no lo necesitaba") marque para que me arreglaran mi problema y me pasan el contacto de otro tecnico para que me arreglara yo con el, y obviamente me iban a volver a cobrar.
Disgusting service, they made me go twice to pick up my printer without anyone, after 4 they no longer answer the phone, they charged me $ 850 and they did not fix my problem only the ink refill (that one of the 4 cartridges did not give it to me They had filled because "he did not need it") check to fix my problem and pass me the contact of another technician to fix me with him, and obviously they would charge me again.
