★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente mi experiencia fue mala nunca había ido a un gym y preguntaba mucho pero eso les molesto en mi última visita me hicieron cargar peso de más se los hice saber y aun así me lo dejaron ahora tengo un esguince en mi ingle por la pesa puse mi confianza en ellos y quede lastimada no tuve problemas en cargar mas y ocreia en ellos y sin experiencia yo hacía los ejercicios como me indicaban aparte pague una rutina que al final ya no ocuparé ahora tengo que guardar reposo y buscar otro gym :'(
Unfortunately my experience was bad, I had never been to a gym and asked a lot but that bothered them on my last visit they made me carry extra weight I let them know and even so they let me now I have a sprain in my groin from the weight I put my I trusted them and I was hurt I had no problems loading more and I believed in them and without experience I did the exercises as they indicated to me separately I paid for a routine that in the end I will no longer occupy now I have to rest and find another gym: '(
