★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente, este complejo industrial tambien en la"zona sur de la"ciudad, en avandono por la mala administracion del mismo, la movilidad es pesima, por cualquiera de los circuidtos que circules la señalizacion y el mantenimiento urbano incompentente para los recidentes que albergan el parque, es inoperable la logistica y la integridad de productos en el interior para llegar a sus domicilios en este"parque ni hablar del flujo comercial quien entra ya dificil regresa puerden cerca de un 60% de mercado al menudeo. Mucho abandono de lotes falta un impulso comercial energico para la"reactivacion del"parque y empujar a la"segunda etapa de este parque que mueve gra parte del suminustro generalisado en el estado.
