★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El seguro me mandó a este taller , para solo la reposición de un espejo q al parecer quedaba en 3 días y ya llevo un mes esperando a q lo repongan y llamo para saber el estatus y solo dan vuelta al asunto
 The insurance sent me to this workshop, just to replace a mirror that apparently was left in 3 days and I've been waiting for a month for it to be replaced and I call to find out the status and they just turn the matter around

No entregan en tiempo
Te dejan en espera por horas incluso días sin respuesta
Nadie tiene los datos de tu moto y no saben
Se disculpan por que el año día siguiente de quedar en entregar te piden dos horas por que ko han podido detallar tu moto... moto que tienen por más de 30 días

They don't deliver on time
They leave you on hold for hours even days without a response
Nobody has the data of your motorcycle and they do not know
They apologize because the year after they agreed to deliver they ask you for two hours because they haven't been able to detail your motorcycle... motorcycle they have had for more than 30 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los mejores talleres, el trato es amable, cordial y educado, atienden con buenos tiempos y son muy profesionales, tienen buenos especialistas y lo mejor es que a diferencia de otros talleres la honestidad se hace presente, puedes dejar con tranquilidad tu moto por qué se queda en buenas manos.
One of the best workshops, the treatment is friendly, cordial and polite, they attend with good times and are very professional, they have good specialists and the best thing is that unlike other workshops, honesty is present, you can leave your motorcycle with peace of mind for what stays in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi moto estuvo más de un mes y nunca pudieron arreglarla, la tuvieron parada todo el tiempo y siempre te tienen que marques y marques y jamás te dan un mejor estatus!! Nunca lleven sus motocicletas a ese taller.
Terrible service, my motorcycle was more than a month and they could never fix it, they had it stopped all the time and they always have to mark and mark and they never give you a better status !! Never take your motorcycles to that workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo general bueno servicio aunque su sistema de telefonía es algo malo ya qur si no marcas temprano no te contestan y para saber sobre el estatus de tu vehículo se tardan mucho ya que te han contestado, pero en lo que cabe fue eficiente la reparación y entrega de mi moto recomiendo a este lugar en lo personal!!!
In general, good service, although their telephone system is somewhat bad since if you don't dial early they don't answer you and to find out about the status of your vehicle it takes a long time since they have answered you, but as far as it goes the repair was efficient and delivery of my motorcycle I recommend this place personally !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor taller de motocicletas de la ciudad, pésimo servicio y atención. Tardan muchísimo tiempo, cambian tornillos y piezas (a mi me cambiaron o descompusieron batería nueva)
Sí vas por aseguradora, el trato es todavía peor y cero seguimiento.
The worst motorcycle workshop in the city, lousy service and attention. They take a long time, they change screws and parts (they changed my new battery or they broke it)
If you go through an insurer, the treatment is even worse and zero follow-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar para dejar una motocicleta, desde hace dos meses y no fueron para pedir las piezas en tiempo hasta que me informé y tengo evidencias que NO dieron seguimiento a una reparación escudándose en que la marca NO mandaba piezas y mintiendo de procesos que no existen. Si tienen elección de otro taller NO LO DUDEN Y NO ACUDAN A ESTE TALLER!!!! Mi moto ingresó desde el 24 de diciembre del 2021 y apenas el viernes 18 de febrero solicitan cotización de las piezas PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y DEL PERSONAL QUE DA INFORMACIÓN PEOR.
The worst place to leave a motorcycle, for two months and they did not go to ask for the parts in time until I informed myself and I have evidence that they did NOT follow up on a repair, hiding behind the fact that the brand did NOT send parts and lying about processes that do not exist . If you have a choice of another workshop DO NOT HESITATE AND DO NOT ATTEND THIS WORKSHOP!!!! My motorcycle entered since December 24, 2021 and only on Friday, February 18, they request a quote for the parts.
