El dueño despota. La peor experiencia en mi vida
Terrible attention, they do not answer they give you a CEL number but they want to intimidate you if you do not pick up your vehicle even with taking it out to the street, they do not like to wait for you to carry out your procedure, the assistant who feels she owns is terrible rude and disrespectful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me rompieron una parte de la manija de la puerta, le quitaron el seguro de una puerta para ponerlo en el otro (que rompieron) y luego el que quedó "pelón" lo suplantaron con otro de otro modelo de coche. Y por último la puerta que supuestamente repararon ya no abre. Además por alguna razón tocaron la batería que no debían haber tocado y luego ya no encendía. Pésimo lugar, no lleven ahí su coche y exijan a su aseguradora otro taller.
They broke a part of the door handle, they took the lock from one door to put it on the other (which they broke) and then the one that was "bald" was replaced with another from another car model. And finally the door that they supposedly repaired no longer opens. Also for some reason they played drums that they shouldn't have played and then it wouldn't turn on anymore. Terrible place, don't take your car there and ask your insurance company for another workshop.
