★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best service we had by far the whole 10 days we were in Cancun Susanna was our waitress surprised us with a mini cake to celebrate our one year anniversary. She was absolutely amazing!! You can definitely tell she enjoys and love her job. The food was wonderful as well, but service was far superior to food. I very seldom ever give five stars to any restaurant so..... Hope it means something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've finally visited one of "Bubba Gump's" restaurants, and it was a pleasure.
The restaurant is well decorated, waiters are pleasant and fun.
If you order a cocktail, you get a glass as a souvenir ?
We were a big company,so tried 4 dishes: tacos, shrimps in chipotle sauce, fish and chicken, everything was delicious, and the portions were big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service, ambiance and a perfect lunch. The Shrimp was tasty, the fries fresh, hot and well seasoned, the fried chicken light, moist and crunchy and the mashed tators like moms... I will be back!

Sometimes big restaurants focus more on the fame that they forget about the taste in their food...and its a little over priced. What would Forrest say? Its a great presentation but needs some love

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and location. We had the Cajun Shrimp for an appetizer and Bourbon Street catch of the Day and the Accidental Fish & Shrimp. The frozen lemonade was good. Overall, a great experience if you're looking for a quick bite to eat and no reservation for lunch. We had a visitor that live in up the visit. ?
