Ya lo estoy dudando, creo que nunca hay o les sale cara y lo hacen para ahorrar gastos. There is never tapioca. Third time I go and they tell me "There's no tapioca, in about 30 min..." El joven al darse cuenta del error ofreció una tapioca en cortesía para evitar que reportaramos eso.... Ella dijo "no tengo problema si me reportan".... Al llegar vimos todo el menú con calma y ordenamos, nos dijeron que no tenían waffles (nos lo podrían haber dicho antes). Después nos pidieron esperar 7 minutos ya que tenían un problema con la computadora. Finalmente tomaron nuestra orden con todos los detalles. Un amigo lo pidió sin tapioca y aún así se la pusieron. (No sé quejó ya que prefirió tomarlo así para no tener que volver a esperar preparen otro). En cuanto al sabor quedé muy decepcionado, alto precio por la calidad de lo que se ofrece. Sinceramente mal servicio y mala capacitación de los empleados :( Terrible service: I am not someone demanding, I got there because some friends took me. Upon arrival we calmly looked at the entire menu and ordered, they told us they had no waffles (they could have told us earlier). Then they asked us to wait 7 minutes as they had a problem with the computer. They finally took our order with all the details. A friend asked for it without tapioca and they still put it on. (I do not know he complained since he preferred to take it like that so as not to have to wait again, prepare another one). As for the taste I was very disappointed, high price for the quality of what is offered. Honestly bad service and bad employee training :(
