Si van les recomiendo tener de guía a Daniel, explica todo muy bien y la plática fluye amenamente Very good walk, perfect for newcomers who need an introduction to the area they will be visiting the next few days as well as the importance of caring for the environment and how the great Bacalar lagoon works. If you go, I recommend having Daniel as your guide, he explains everything very well and the conversation flows nicely

Pésimo servicio, pagué $2,250 por mis 9 familiares y yo, fue un total fracaso ya que el motor de la lancha presentó fallas desde el principio del recorrido y a pesar que se le notificó a la compañía, ésta no hizo nada al respecto. El paseo se prolongó debido a la lentitud y a las fallas del motor. 0% recomendado. Que no te estafen como lo hicieron conmigo. The captain wasn't Erik and didn't speak any English. Worst of all, Estella denied all of this and didn't show any sort of remorse when we approached her about it. We were lucky to have a person on the pontoon who was able to translate ~75% of it and the lagoon was beautiful.
