The Caldo Tlalpeño took fifteen minutes, but they were kind enough to tell me before I ordered.
The dish was served hot and with the sauce on the side.
Recommended: if you don't mind it, add all the chipotle they give you (a small cup).
Perks: 35 pesos for a liter of limeade.
