Definitivamente NO la recomiendo pensé que era una empresa sería lo cual me equivoqué tuve una muy mala experiencia ya que fuí a rentar una camioneta unos días antes (para asegurar la unidad) me tomaron los datos ya que quise hacer el pago no quizo la persona"Jesús" quien me atendió lo cual se me hizo raro y le pregunté el motivo y su respuesta fué que el pago se tenía que hacer el día que recogiera la camioneta(mi gran error de no exigir que lo tomará)mi sorpresa fue que cuando fuí por ella la respuesta de la señorita que me atendió dijo que no había unidad disponible ? que todas estaban ocupadas. Para finalizar JAMÁS volveré a ir a esa empresa

Pésimo servicio, mi carro estaba reservado y pagado para recogerlo a las 11 am, sin embargo, al llegar nos dicen que no está disponible y que tengo que esperar hasta que haya una entrega, sin dar un tiempo de espera estimado y que la opción que me daban era un reembolso. La señorita del mostrador no sabe atender al cliente, no sabe dar respuestas ante estos casos. Pregonan tener enfoque al cliente, sin embargo, demuestran todo lo contrario.

Hicimos una reservación por internet y al llegar a la sucursal nos dijeron que el carro no estaba disponible, a pesar de haber hecho la reservación desde días antes y haberla pagado con varios días de anticipación. Prácticamente nos dijeron que no había carros, que no sabían a qué hora iban a estar disponibles ni nos aseguraban que nos dieran carro más tarde, la atención al cliente es pésima, su compromiso con el cliente es nulo, no renten en este lugar con esta bola de incompetentes, mejor vayan a otra agencia que si tenga ética y compromiso con el cliente.

No reserven con Budget, tengo reserva con 4 semanas de anticipación, confirmada y prepagada, llego a la oficina a la hora acordada y no hay autos disponibles, el personal actúa como si no pasara nada y no ofrece otras opciones, simplemente no hacen nada... Pésima atención y pésimo servicio no prestado. La persona en la oficina en lugar de anticiparse y solicitar el auto cuando llegamos estaba platicando con su compañero cómodamente
Do not book with Budget, I have a reservation 4 weeks in advance, confirmed and prepaid, I arrive at the office at the agreed time and there are no cars available, the staff acts as if nothing happens and offers no other options, they simply do nothing. .. Terrible attention and lousy service not provided. The person in the office instead of anticipating and requesting the car when we arrived was talking to his partner comfortably

made reservations couple of months in advance , when i got there the lady at the rental place was like im sorry there's no Cars available and acting like nothing ... that was the worce experience ever ... I'll never rent a car from this place . I recommend you looking for another options !!

Arrived at airport my wife already there had prepaid rental. I arrived and had the car ready she did not bother to check that car was already payed but charged me again any way used my credit card to pay charged part and recharged full amount again my credit car was declined was not planning to use out of country so did not notify my credit card company so I payed in full with my atm card took the car had to bring back 2 days later because the brakes needed to be changed that gave me a car that was going to sales and had a low tire and bad shock with full coverage insurance they are still going to charge for repair 1 week later still have the charges on my wife's credit card my credit card and my ATM card charged use 3 times the amount. We call budget talked to Itzel Ibarra Gerente Budget Culiacan she does not return our calls. They don't care they lost loyal 12 year customers. Very bad experience

We had a prepaid reservation for four days. Upon our arrival to the airport there was no one in the stand to welcome us. So one of the locals gave me the phone number to call them and find out about my reservation. There were short on staff and were taking forever to come and pick us up while we had to wait in the bad hot humid weather. Finally someone from the airport gave us a lift because from Budget there was no show. Once in the office the had no car for me and I was told to wait ten minutes for one that was coming from downtown. I do not know much the city but I guarantee you it might take a lot more than that. Finally they gave us an upgrade car and right there I requested the vehicle for one more day. when I returned the car on the fifth day the extra charge for that extra day was the double of what I was told in the beginning. The manager was not available and no one could help me with the bill. Quite upsetting situation. I had rented cars in the US and had no problems at all.
