★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took almost an hour with a reservation to get my car. Kept pressuring to get added insurance even though I had already purchased it thru Expedia. They said it wasn't valid here in Mexico. Wouldn't recommend the hassle to anyone from this budget place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete waste of time and effort. Didn’t have car we reserved and nonchalant tried to give me a lower value vehicle. Tried not honor Amex liability insurance and after arguing recanted. Than quoted a higher price atop of the lower value car because I used an Amex.

Not friendly service.
Felt like online price was a scam to lure you in, when they started explaining (and insisting) on the insurance options.
When I said my card had me covered, they forced me to put down a USD $2,500 deposit to cover possible damage (reimbursable upon car return).

They don’t have a counter in the airport terminal so you have to call a bad tempered person tell you to wait and he will pick you up upon arrival the car was extremely filthy and had over 150,000 kms I decided not to take the car and go to another company they did not care at all...
My recommendation DO NOT RENT at budget Monterrey airport they are other good options!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think about renting at this place. Awful service, they didn't have a the car that I reserved or similar. They even tried to charge me more for a smaller car. Never use them.
