From the beginning there ok but time go There geting better and better I ask for a car bigger and he give me the right answer I see what can do for you they find the car perfect for me and when I left the car there where very caine even the person when I ask if I can give me a ride to the Hilton he never think about it he say yes what costumer service we came from los angeles and I work for Disney in los angels thank you I travel whit my granddaughters they make my day thank you budget I really reconaise you are the best

No issues or scams, quick and efficient. Outside the terminal so allow time for transfer as traffic can be bad.

1) I reserved a Jetta for 10 days, paid in advance. Because I was delayed, I did not pick it up promptly. When I arrived, the Jetta was no longer available and I was forced to rent a much more expensive vehicle. 2) Tires were not properly balanced, causing significant shaking at freeway speeds. 3) Got a parking ticket. Didn't realize the police had taken the front plate; thought it had been stolen. I had to pay a $200 fine for 'lost' plates held by the police. The company needs to inform customers about what to do in such cases. All in all, a very bad experience.

This is the first place in the world where I was charged for an upgrade when the rental company did not have the car I reserved. I showed up and the car I reserved was not available. The customer service rep offered me a car that was an upgrade and would not provide the car at the original price in the reservation. I had no choice but to take the higher priced car because I needed a car that could transport 7 people. After I spoke with the manager she promised to help but when I called back she refused my phone call. I would be extremely hesitant to recommend this rental location to anyone.

I used for the first time this service. I rented a car around ~5:30pm. After a tired flight and cloudy evening, I reviewed the essentials of the car when they delivered it to me. No defects marked. I drove the car for some days without any issue. When I returned the car, the guy that received it went with me to review the status of the car.... Surprisingly, he detected a very small mark over the one of the tire rimes and intended to make charges. He asked me whether I took a picture of the tire rime before or whether l detected that mark (BTW, minuscule !!!!) before. I replied that no, but most probably the car tire rime was like that since delivered, because I didn't experienced any issue while driving it that should caused it. After some minutes of 'litigation', finally he did not charged for that mini-mark!!! However, I spent some bad minutes with his intent... Future customers advice:. *Revise to the minimum details, even if you think is something irrelevant make sure it stands in paper, or even better take a video of the status of you rent for backup yourself*
