★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE experience. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They didn’t have the car I reserved on Expedia, so they came to the hotel with 2 different cars trying to make us pay more than what we reserved and they also requested a US$3500, (yes, $3500) security deposit for the car. Extortion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient service. From the airport a shuttle is taken to the rental area which was well staffed. The vehicle is well maintained. We were also given complimentary bottled water during the brief shuttle ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a Desaster on the Website it’s saying from 7am to 10 pm. The real time is 8am to 5pm. The booked car was not available they was needing to picking up at Cancun Airport.
Really bad experience in all reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, a little slow but that goes with where you are. Nothing us fast around these parts. Plan ahead to have extra time...the guys are very nice and try hard to keep you happy. They will even come to your resort to pick you up for your rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved a car at this location on the Budget website in advance. But when we came in, he said there weren't any cars. We asked if they'd have one tomorrow and he gave us an unsure "yeah.. there should be". That's clearly not how you do business, so we walked out and took our business elsewhere.
