★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo porque no puedo calificar con0 estrellas pongo 1. Hice una reservación y cuando llegué al aeropuerto no había nadie del personal de Budget. Llamé a atención a clientes y simplemente me dijeron que ya se habían ido y una disculpa fue todo lo que obtuve.
 Just because I can't rate 0 stars, I put 1. I made a reservation and when I got to the airport there was no one from the Budget staff. I called customer service and they just said they were gone and an apology was all I got.

I've been waiting half an hour for someone to receive me, there's no one at the desk. I dial the phone and no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve muy buena experiencia en la renta de auto, el muchacho de mostrador muy amable. El auto sin problemas todo muy bien y aún muy buen precio, lo recomiendo.
I had a very good experience in the car rental, the guy at the counter was very friendly. The car without problems all very well and still very good price, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los carro están en muy mal estado!! De dos carros no se hizo uno! Primer vehículo falla de velocidades y necesitaba el cambio de aceite me cambiaron de carro supuestamente estaba mejor y le tube que poner dos cuartos de aceite porque no traía no se los recomiendo
The cars are in very bad condition!! Two cars were not made one! The first vehicle had a gear failure and I needed an oil change. They changed my car, supposedly it was better, and I had to put two quarts of oil in it because it didn't have it. I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible horrible!!! I have been asking them to send me the reciept for more than 2 weeks and they never do. Now they don´t even answer the phone! First of all, the car we rent didn´t have full gas and the guy said that he didn´t have time to fill it out, but we could return the car without gas. But they charged for the gas after all!!!! Don´t even consider to use this Budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a car way in advance for a family trip. Our flight to SLP was delayed less than two hours, but that was enough time for the Budget agent to give our car to someone else and cancel the reservation. We were left stranded at the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a van at International AirPort in San Luis Potosi Mex. and bought collision damage coverage thinking i'll be ahead of the game, and when i arrived to pick up my van, that salesman was rude and wanted to charge me $400.00 non refundable just because he wanted to, and i explained that i've already bought collision damage protection, but he insisted that i needed to purchase additional insurance and the cost was $400.00. i had rented before in Mexico, and they do ask you to leave a deposit, but they will refund it after you returned the vehicle in one piece. Anyway i went next door and rented an SUV similar to what i had rented for 1/2 of the price, they cost me and my family a big delay. i do not recommend this company when you're renting a car out of the country. they will try to take advantage of the situation and charge you extra money for no reason.
