★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, el gerente de operaciones Rosalio Rios Perez es una persona cpn pesima actitud con el trato al cliente, llegue a la oficina temprano y alcomunicarme con el me informo que ese dia no abriria, nos pusimos de acuerdo para ir a la sucursal aeropuerto, desde el principio su actitud fue de no rentarme el carro y estoy seguro que fue por el precio que habia prepagado, segun el intento pasar mi tarjeta de credito para hacer el cargo por garantia y no paso, yo tenia saldo suficiente quiso cargar $15000, el mensaje de error de la terminal no fue por fondos insuficientes, lo intento segun el otra ocasion y ya no quiso entregarme el papel con el error, no quiso intentarlo mas ni con otras tarjetas, esta persona no respeta las ofertas ofrecidas en el portal de budget, se que esa fue la razon de porque no quiso rentarme el carro, eran 2 dias por $997.00 pesos incluyendo seguros, levante reporte contra esta persona y sucursal, el banco confirmo que ni siquiera hubo un intento de cobro ni rechazo, la tarjeta estaba desbloqueada y sin problemas, ojo si quieren que no les respeten las ofertas ofrecidas, perder tiempo y dinero esta sucursal es un lugar al que deben ir, advierto que les puede pasar lo mismo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lamentable. Después de cobrar por el servicio un importe indignante, con la excusa de la falta de flota. No me dan voucher al no funcionar el sistema. Además, me entregan el coche con el depósito a media carga y me dicen que lo devuelva con la misma cantidad de carburante. Cómo me temía, al devolverlo me cobran el servicio de repostaje. Ahora llevo semanas reclamando sin respuesta. Nunca más.
