★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again, this place sucks. I got a flat tire on the road, when I called the insurance they didn't want assist us, instead they recommended me to call a towing truck myself. Poor customer service and horrible insurance company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude people. I made a reservation online and paid for insurance and when I get there they said its not accepted. We didn't take the car because they were charging so much money. Horrible experience. My husband had to wait for a ride in the heat. I don't recommend renting cars near the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pretty much the entire experience was trash!!!. They gave us a car that looked like it was a working vehicle for a construction company. I asked for a suv got a pick up truck. so i had to drive a pick up truck to my sisters wedding!! so embarrassing!!! they charged me the same price as if i had gotten what i asked for. when i returned the car and asked for some sort of compensation for the mistake they said they couldnt help me because the manager wasnt in. i tried calling for a month and a half to try to figure something out but their manager was LITERALLY never there. Out of the office, in a meeting, on vacation, you name it they had an excuse everyday that i called. Finally got someone to help me, my total for the rental was a little over $1,000 and all they are going to give us back is $120 something dollars back. Literal BS!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to rent from, I got the rental online and when I got there it was a different price with a $500 deposit on top of another $500 for insurance I ended up paying $1,700 for 2 weeks of the rental. The car broke down on me, it needed a new battery and I lost 3 hours of my day but when I returned the car the front plate was missing which obviously it wasn’t installed properly by them and they still charge me another $3,500 pesos which equals $190 us it’s ridiculous. The worst place to rent from, if I would of looked on their reviews first before renting I wouldn’t of went thru this!!
