R	Rob A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Rented the car online for cheap, already had insurance with my credit card so i didn't get the usual hassle of upselling all the extras thankfully. Took a little longer than expected to pick up the car (20-30 minutes). Dropping off was much quicker. No problems, i would come back if i need a local rental again.
T	T Holsinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the minimum is 1 star. On our rental the rear right tire totally blew out. When I changed the tire, it had steel belts extruding from it in 4-5 areas. The tire had 108,000 KM on it. Upon returning the car, they charged me for the tire. The car was dangerous to drive with horrible windshield wipers that couldn't clear the window and worn out tires. They will screw you any chance they get.

J	J Comeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time out of 4 times in Cancun, this was the best experience ever! No hassle for added insurances and no problem returning the car. Wait time of about 10 minutes, which is rare in Mexico. We must have been lucky on that front since there were very few people. We signed the papers inside the terminal, not at the location which is located about 5 minutes away by shuttle. We just had to give a $2000 USD deposit, but everything went fine! I had brought my Visa card insurance paper + my rental agreement that we did online that specified that we had 750,000 Mexican Peso liability insurance included. We paid 350 USD for 1 week, which isn't cheap but those prices that you see at $87 USD for 1 week will not leave you alone until you add insurance, so might as well pay the ''right'' price from the start, it makes the process a lot faster ;-)

Communication was difficult because they didn't speak English and check-in was slow and a bit chaotic (they couldn't find the booking because it had been made through Rentalcars.com). On return there were dubiously high charges; not due to the bodywork, but because one of the wheel plates was apparently scratched, despite the fact that there was no evidence of this damage being new. Additionally, I had paid for full insurance to cover any possible damage to the car, but they said that the insurance I chose did not include tyres (the paperwork was deliberately ambiguous and did not explicitly mention tyres).
