★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasaron al aeropuerto por mi en un carro sin logotipos lo cual me preocupo por la inseguridad en Mexico, el auto ya viejo y con muchos detalles como sin cubierta en una llanta, sin cubierta donde se inserta el cinturon de seguridad, muchos rayones y mugroso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agencia de renta de autos con sucursal en Aeropuerto Hermosillo; la verdad siempre han sido amables los chicos que atienden. La oficina donde te entregan el coche está realmente cerca del aeropuerto, las tarifas son competitivas y el catálogo de autos que puedes rentar es amplio.
Lo único que mejoraría es que se cuide que los coches tengan menos kilometraje... Entiendo que es un coche rentado y con uso, pero las últimas veces he rentado coches con más de 150 mil km.
Ambos funcionaron perfectamente, sólo que sería más óptimo rentar coches por debajo de los 100 mil o 120 mil km. (Cabe señalar que renté el coche más económico.
No dudo que otros coches de la agencia tengan menor kilometraje, no estoy generalizando... Sugiero que prueben esta agencia, insisto: en general la recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy satisfecho con este negocio, agende una renta para tal día y resultó ser que por problemas del sistema no están ahí y ya tenía que salir y el sistema no dejaba hacer nada así que el empleado ( no se cómo se llama ) hablo a la gerente y en 15 min llegó la gerente y vio la situación y resolvió excelente por el inconveniente de que ya se nos hacía tarde nos dio un carro de mayor precio y calidad al mismo precio , el nombre es Maggie super atención y capacidad de resolución de problema, sin contar que los precios que manejan en general son los mejores en cuanto a renta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me for a DEFECTIVE windshield. I was told by the representative they wouldn’t charge me and ended up charging me later. If I hadn’t told the lady checking the vehicle before taking it about current scratches and marks I would have been charged for damage already made to the car when I took it. Highly recommend any other rental agency. I have never had any issue with enterprise but unfortunately they did not have the vehicle I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have made a reservation online ,they give me a dirty and not safe car since all left side been replaced and have frame damage .when I refused ,they offer me to go the office of airport ,everything was fine into they wanted to force me to sign a blank paper that assume my full responsibility for any damage ,I had the insurance for 90% person ,I have paid the deposit .This not honest and good specially a customer in front of me ,he didn’t sign those papers .I waisted 2 hours ,bad customer service .
I went back to this place because in January ,the manager was nice and professional,this time ,she wasn’t there .
I asked other Rental company at the airport ,no one else have this type of paperwork .
