No te confies al hacer reservaciones en linea porque mo te la respetaran mis vacaciones fueron arruinadas porque el auto no estaba disponible para enpeorar las cosas mi siqùira tenian algun otro auto disponible su excusa fue que como la reservaciòn fue hecha en linea a ellos no se les notifica de tales reservaciones y como no quieren hacer su trabajo ni siquiera revisan las reservaciones hechas atravez de agencias como travelocity. No recomiendo esta agencia debido a su pesimo servicio.

Don’t never book in internet they will never have the car you reserve. I reserve since june and was cheap so they only say i never book a car from them and not even have my name ??

We rent a car for almost 9 thousands pesos and what we got was a car in such a bad condition even the tires where bad, we had an flat tyre on the second night and we have to pay for the new tires and they never give us our money back and this manager J. ARMANDO ACUÑA CARDIEL said to us we were to far away from the city to send help. DO NOT rent cars here is a massive scam.

Do not rent here!!! Worst experience renting a car. I had a reservation and they did not have a car or any car. The employees were no help. No one answers the phone. Worse service ever. Ruined my vacation!!!

Worse experience ever. I had a car reserved and when I showed up there was a person in front of me waiting for Budget to open the counter, (half hour late) when they finally opened the counter (about 45 minutes late) they did not have the car this person had reserved. Then when my turn came, same thing happened, they did not have my car, allow me to add that I had reserved this car a couple months in advance and just a few days before the pick up date I received an email from Budget informing me my car would be ready up on my arrival. They offered me a much smaller car about 3 categories down from what I had reserved (the only car) they had available claiming the reservation was for my type of car or similar. Did I say the cost of the smaller car was approximately 150% of the cost of the car I had reserved. Having no other choice I accepted the car, I asked the counter person if they had my reservation in the system, she said, "Yes I can see here in my screen" and I said, so you are aware I'm not returning the car at this location, at that point she refused to allow me to take the car.... Need I say more... STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET

I should had read the reviews first. The same things happened to me with such a disappointment. Had a big van reserved months in advance. When we got there, lady told me the van is out of order since it has a flat tire. She offered a small car instead even though we paid for a bigger vehicle. I asked if she would exchange the vehicle at my stay location the next day and she said no because I stay an hour away. She said I'm welcome to come back the next morning at 8am. After a long talk we agreed I'll be coming back but this time she said at 9am. So I'm back the next day by 9:30am thinking I'm late. Show up and nobody was there. Called the lady and she said someone should be coming. By 9:45am a guy shows up, said the van is still in the shop and to wait 15 minutes then he leave. We waited until 10:30am when he came back with the van. The van was in bad shape. Scratches and dented in all sides. Both sliding doors were heady and difficult to close. Dusty inside with broken air vents. I asked why the Check Engine Light is on? He said it always been on. Good thing the windows and air conditioning worked. Since we were in a hurry and there was no money back, we left with the vehicle. We went to the next gas station to fill in gas. I noticed one tire was extremely bald. I suspect they expected me to get a flat and to buy a new tire for them. Luckily after a week of use I did not get a flat tire. I learn a lesson for sure. No Budget from the airport. Worst experience ever. Next time I won't pay until I see the vehicle first from any rental place.
