★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most expensive car I ever rented. They do not make valid your insurance coverage from your own credit cards. I do Recomend you Sixt which I always use. I used Budget/Payless this time for emergency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ semi hard to find, thank God for Google maps. only Spanish speaking, thank God for my wife and her Spanish course. no attempt to sell not needed insurance ( perhaps because of the language barrier?) didn't get the 4x4 I wanted, got a minivan instead. it's cheaper to rent here than in the airport and you can still drop it off in the airport and when you drop off the car, they will drive you all back to the terminal. Thats nice:-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over-all, Budget is a great car rental company with reasonable price. Completing the reservation online and in the office was straight-forward, but come time to pre-authorize a hold on my credit card, suddenly the credit card machine was not working due to a limitation on the amount. The whole ordeal seemed like a forced up sell to purchase their insurance coverage - which I didn’t need because my credit card takes care of that. After calling my credit card company and explaining to the Budget agent, all of a sudden the pre-authorization was successful! In the end, the Budget agent apologized for the inconvenience and ended up giving us a newer and nicer car than what was originally in the reservation for the same price. 4 out of 5 for the slight inconvenience and a seemingly forced upsell! In fairness to the agent, this could have been an honest mistake (e.g. maybe the agent forgot to change the limit amount on the machine). Make sure to always double check first prior to committing to something you might not need!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ warning!!! this people just want your money and screw the insurance. Dont get near to this dishonest people. Booked online and of course they want to add insurance even though i already added. Also retainer was $1700 and when you return the car they checked the places you forgot to check. Sad for budget business structure.
