★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los paquetes y promociones que manejan son buenos, pero el servicio es pésimo la cajera que atiende demora mucho en despachar, tuve una mala experiencia porque había poca gente y son demaciado lentos en atender a los clientes.
The packages and promotions they handle are good, but the service is lousy, the cashier who attends takes a long time to dispatch, I had a bad experience because there were few people and they are too slow in serving customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servico, la rncargada falta de tacto y poco atenta, pedimos 3 ordenes de flautas nos queria dar 5 ordenes le aclamos que solo eran 3, pedimos una orden de quesadillas y no las habian preparado estabamos primeros en la fila llego otro cte le pidio pollo y medio ya lo hiba a despachar antes que nosotros pero al escuchar el precio el cte del pollo y medio se disculpo y dijo ahorita regreso ,cosa que no paso por supuesto pero la rncargada no despachaba a nadie esperando al cuate, una pena el pollo es muy bueno el servicio deja mucho que desear, por supuesto cancelamos la orden y nos retiramos
Terrible service, the rncharged lack of tact and little attention, we asked for 3 orders of flutes, he wanted to give us 5 orders, we told him that there were only 3, we ordered an order of quesadillas and they had not been prepared, we were first in line, another customer arrived and asked for chicken and a half was already going to dispatch it before us but when he heard the price the chicken and a half cte apologized and said I'll be right back, which of course didn't happen but the manager didn't dispatch anyone waiting for the buddy, a pity the chicken is very good the service leaves much to be desired, of course we cancel the order and withdraw
