A friend ate here while we ate across the street at the little outside area and the owner (i think) said dont worry I will take it over there for you. She ordered the filet and she got two filet cuts on her platter probably over 20oz total. Very tender and juicy served on a beautiful piece of wood adorned with veggies. Great presentation and taste. The wine/cocktail was served to the brim. And they came and picked up the platter. When we went over to pay they had some great 80/90s spanish rock playing. Love that music and it seems so hard to find places that play it surprisingly. Good prices for such a lavish and big cuts of meat. Just a great place with great service.

Took the time to come talk to us when requesting special needs. The owner was very helpful and courteous since this was our first time visiting Bacalar. Mojitos were awesome. If I come back to Bacalar, this will be a place to visit. Thank you to all the staff from waiters to the guy and the girl behind the scenes in the kitchen.

If you're ever in Bacalar go here and have the Tomahawk steak. You won't be disappointed. the staff are really attentive and welcomed us with a complementary tequila which really cleansed the palate in preparation for the good wine and great steaks. Thank you for a great evening...

We ordered too many starters so we didn’t even try the main cuts but the chistorra is absolutely delicious, as well as the cheese fondue with mezcal. Highly recommend this restaurant!
