★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El transporte más seguro, rápido y cómodo, precios accesibles, lo único en lo que considero deberían invertir es en escaleras eléctricas hacia la calle, tienen elevador pero lo limitan para personas especiales, y hacemos personas que parecemos estar saludables pero tenemos problemas de rodillas y no se nos permite usar el elevarse, por ejemplo la escalera en la estación Cuautitlán que lleva directo a los andenes es muy pesada de subir a pie, ya que es muy alta, ojalá lo consideren para que sea perfecto
