★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general la comida es buena, pero el mesero aprovechó que la terminal sólo te pide el NIP y a pasear de que le mencioné que le daba la propina en efectivo la puso en la cuenta de la terminal y recibió el dinero en efectivo... muy mal por él, aunque tal vez necesitaba robar al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mesera me quiso obligar a darle el 10 por ciento de propina, cuando ni una sola vez nos preguntó si se nos ofrecía algo más, no nos tiro la basura ni una vez, lo peor de todo es que llamé para dar la sugerencia, y la persona en caja no quiso pasarme con el encargado. Ojo Buffalo los meseros cada vez están peor. Ojo Clientes si van ya saben que tienen que dejar 10 por ciento de propina aunque reciban un mal servicio.
The waitress wanted to force me to give her a 10 percent tip, when not once did she ask us if we were offered something else, she didn't throw the garbage out for us even once, the worst of all is that I called to give the suggestion, and the person at the checkout didn't want to put me through to the manager. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 3 estrellas solo por qué de verdad la comida es buena y las bebidas también,tienen un muy buen precio, pero el servicio es taaaan tardado, en mi opinión vendería más si atendieran más rápido, no es que los meseros sean malos si no que se ven sobre pasados,solo había dos con más de 20 mesas, teníamos la intención de beber mucho pero con lo que tardan las bebidas solo me pude tomar 2 por persona por que tardan más de 1 hora en traerte cualquier cosa. Solo sugiero poner más meseros, por qué no es que sean malos pero obvio no son pulpos , y las piñas coladas estan muy cargadas.
I give it 3 stars just because the food is really good and the drinks too, they have a very good price, but the service is sooo slow, in my opinion I would sell more if they served faster, it's not that the waiters are bad but They look over the top, there were only two with more than 20 tables, we had the intention of drinking a lot but with how long the drinks take, I could only have 2 per person because it takes more than 1 hour to bring you anything. I only suggest putting more waiters, because they are not bad but obviously they are not octopuses, and the piña coladas are very loaded.
