★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 1:15, got served after 2 pm. Thing is, it wasn't even crowded. Maybe it was bad luck on us to get a really slow service.
We had all sorts of mistakes from kitchen: incorrect add-ons on our fries, incorrect sauce types for our boneless, no veggies...
The food tasted fine, the service was poor.

The burgers are big and tasty, with fresh buns and ingredients.
The cheese fries with bacon were surprisingly great, and way better than the regular ones that come on the side of your usual order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the service was good. Long wait time to be seated and even longer for the food to come out. Staff was friendly although slow. The menu has changed quite a bit, but the food is still good. Tried their promotional alcoholic drinks which need big improvements. Selection of beers is limited compared to their US counterparts but still decent. Bartenders need to up their game though.
Honestly the music is too loud to hold a conversation at the table without yelling. I've visited various location with friends and family, although they say family environment it's really not.
