D	Diana Yañez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal atendidas, tardaron más de 30 minutos en traernos lo que pedimos, porque estaban viendo un partido. Pedimos un combo de alitas y boneless, nos trajeron 3 alitas que ni de chiste eran los 280 gramos que deberían ser, y con el “se pesan antes” se lavaron las manos. La terminal de la terraza “no servia” y querían que fuera en efectivo o entráramos al establecimiento a pagar con la tarjeta. Very poorly served, it took more than 30 minutes to bring us what we asked for, because they were watching a game. We ordered a combo of wings and boneless, they brought us 3 wings that were no joke were the 280 grams that they should be, and with the “weigh before” they washed their hands. The terminal on the terrace "didn't work" and they wanted us to go in cash or enter the establishment to pay with the card.

Las hamburguesas están muy bien preparadas con buenas porciones y las bebidas son agradables al paladar.

The waiter said they needed to take other dishes first. We asked again and he explained it was on its way but fell on the ground. And another dish came with the wrong sauce and took a long time for them to bring it (tiny sauce btw). After eating we asked for the bill and it was wrong, they had to change it like 4 times. Plus, they charged us the sauce we ordered, we asked for it since they got it wrong. We ended up paying it because “they already marked it”. We explained how it was not fair to pay for their mistake and wait for some wings for 30min. The waiter told my friend to ask for dessert so she would have a sweeter life. It was horrible service and were rude even though they did the mistakes.

I wanted to change my order to a BIGGER offer but was not possible, when I wanted to pay they been upset. Last time I been here.
