Los chilaquiles blancos con new york son una excelente opción para el desayuno, para amantes del picante, ya que la salsa esta hecha a base de habanero. Para la comida pudimos probar un menú especial del Chef, que incluyó platillos con ingredientes exóticos como el espagueti con salsa de chiltepin, con un toque y sabor de hormiga chicatana, este fue mi favorito. Llegamos por casualidad, tomando la carretera a mineral del chico, vimos unos letreros anunciando el buffet, eso creó muchas expectativas, está dentro de un complejo residencial escondido en medio del bosque. Llegamos y una buena recepción, pero la comida decepcionó. Ojalá se asesoren con expertos en decoración y con un buen cheff ejecutivo ya que la comida no aporta nada nuevo, nada expectacular y debería ya que tiene mucho potencial este espacio. Les deseamos mucho éxito y ojalá mejoren. La atención es excelente. It is a great project. E	Elizabeth Flores Baylón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camino al Parque Nacional Mineral del Chico puedes ver los anuncios buffet Nikte hay una desviación y sigues las flechas, por el nombre yo esperaba buffet y no había fue a la carta, el lugar cuenta con mesas adentro no muy amplio y un jardín donde puedes comer al aire libre, el trato es bueno pero les falta rapidez, probamos las enmoladas que te pueden dar con cecina, costilla o sencillas, son de buen sabor y tamaño regular, el caldo de cola de res muy bueno pero no te llevan tortillas el caldo de pollo bien ambos servidos en su plato de barro, hay hotcakes con frutos rojos y los tradicionales buena presentacion pero les faltó cocción, en bebidas hay licuados, café de olla o lechero esta bien pero el licuado es un vasito pequeño y el café una tazita, hay baño, al entrar dice se aceptan tarjetas y ya en las mesas hay un anuncio donde dice que no, le pregunte al mesero y dice si pero con un 5% adicional, puedes hacer transferencia por el bosque no hay señal, así que yo le pedí su contraseña.si vas ve con paciencia porque don tardados y pide con anticipación tus cosas pedí una orden de hot cakes que nunca llegó como que se hacen bolas. Fuera de eso todo bien, a destacar la atención del personal es excelente.
