★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los guisos de sus gorditas están deliciosos y la masa y migajas muy limpias, nada grasosas, son como al comal. Recomiendo especialmente la de ensalada de nopal, aguacate, huevo en salsa y deshebrada. De las mejores gorditas que he probado en Querétaro, repito nada sucias ni grasosas. Su servicio es excelente, no he tenido la oportunidad de visitar el local pero siempre pido por aplicaciones de entrega de comida y alguna vez marqué para hacer una observación y el encargado con gusto me escuchó y siempre está al pendiente de que la clientela esté bien.
The stews of their gorditas are delicious and the dough and crumbs are very clean, not greasy, they are like a comal. I especially recommend the one with nopal salad, avocado, egg in sauce and shredded. Of the best gorditas I have tried in Querétaro, I repeat nothing dirty or greasy. Your service is excellent, I have not had the opportunity to visit the place but I always ask for food delivery applications and once I dialed to make an observation and the manager gladly listened to me and is always on the lookout that the customers are well.
