Amazing place! The owner - Dalia is heart melting person ?? I love her and the atmosphere which she creates in this place! Place is really cozy, clean and with great location, close to everything you need :)

Nice Hostel, stayed in the Capsulo. AirCon is nice, I suggest you to sleep the other way around to not have the wind in your face. I slept wonderful. Pool is new and nice, bathrooms new and clean. 10 mins walking to la Punta. Good breakfast restaurant 2mins away (Juice House). Moto Rental easy possible, it was brought to the hostel for me, easy, just ask via whatsapp before arrival. personal was really nice. Everything perfect. Laundry is only 3 mins walking away (Muñoz). Really chilled, no party, not many people. Perfect to take some time for yourself. They are currently installing AirCon also in the sharedRooms. So soon everything perfect!

One of the best Hostels I've ever been. Super easy to get to know people and making friends. Wanted to stay 1 week but ended up staying 6 weeks. Dalia, the owner of this place is amazing. She's so caring and always there if you need someone to talk to or anything else. The location is amazing, close to the beach and the main road but far away enough to enjoy the quietness. There is also a security at night to make you feel really safe. They clean every day.. highly recommended...if you wanna have a nice stay in la punta, call Dalia :)

First of all: What makes a hostel stay amazing? Isnt it about the people you meet and how cozy and at home you feel? Bugambilas Hostel was a perfect stay for us. Its a local run business located just a few minutes from the beach and the main street in la punta. Its quiet at night and a very calm get away from the party people on the main street. Dalia welcomed us as we are friends for a long time. We stayed 2 weeks and still coming back to hang out there. We stayed at a private room. The Hostel offers Dorm rooms, capsules with aircon and private little bungalows. The place is only some month old and offers everything you need (kitchen, hammocks, hangout area etc). And the best: Dalia is building a nice pool at the moment and a little shop. Dalia and all the people we met made our stay unforgettable and we made friends for life. We can highly recommend to stay at Dalias little gem. Dalia thank you for everything. We wish you all the best for your beautiful little hostel and hope to welcome you very soon in Europe.

The place is beautiful !! It was much better than what I was looking for. The bathrooms and kitchen are shared, the rest areas are beautiful and very comfortable, the beach is 5-10 minutes walking on the same street. If you are looking for a not so expensive and truly beautiful place, THIS IS HERE! I fell in love with this place and the people are very nice :)

Bugambilias Alojamiento is more a lodge than a hostel. Only few minutes to the center scene of La Punta, it shelters guests in a comforting home surrounded by a spacious tranquil garden. Travelers can choose to stay in one of the cabins, private rooms or a big dorm. It has more toilets and bathrooms per person than any hostel I have ever been, all are super cleaned and well taken care of. The kitchen has everything you need and must be the cleanest one I have ever witnessed during years of backpacking. Not surprisingly, it is run with love. Dalia herself is a very chilled, quick-witted and loving person who manages the lodge with the help of some friends. Needless to say, her spirit and energy defines the vibe and atmosphere of Bugambilias Alojamiento

This hostel is super clean and calm. They have good prices and different accommodations; private rooms, capsules or dorms. It's a 7 min walk to the beach and all the main food spots, which is great. It's secure during day and night and you also have a locker!(bring your lock) Dalia has been super helpful during the whole stay. She made sure everyone was comfortable during their stay and open to receive comments since they have recently open the place. She is planning to transform it into an only-women hostel and I think this is such a great idea ? So all my solo female travellers or not solo, I loved my stay here and would recommend you to stay here as well ?? ?? (General not about Puerto Escondido and not to be blamed on the hostel: always have a mosquito spray with you and don't expect the wifi to work perfectly)
