★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic small condo complex only a 5 minute walk to town or Los Muertos Beach with sweeping ocean views. The building is charming old Vallarta style but many of the units are beautifully updated to today's standards. My favorite is #4 and I've stayed in it many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! We stayed in one of the lofts for an entire month and enjoyed our time. It's close to Old Town but far enough back that it's not too noisy. The sunsets are amazing!
