★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención desde que llegué por la tarde por parte de la chica de recepción, por la madrugada también a la salida por parte de chico de recepción. Y en cocina el chico también súper amable y la comida riquísima. Buenas instalaciones y muy limpio. Traslado al aeropuerto gratuito. Excelente servicio. Sin duda volveré.
 Excellent attention since I arrived in the afternoon by the reception girl, at dawn also at the exit by the reception boy. And in the kitchen the boy is also super friendly and the food is delicious. Good facilities and very clean. Free airport transfer. Excellent service. I will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very nice and helpful. will admit that i did not like that they give you your key (card) to enter your room and you have to place it in a little pocket right by your door and that basically lets you turn on the ac/ tv/ and lights if you have to step out or someone else that's staying with you and you take the key out the pocket everything turns off so the key situation is very inconvenient also they need new bedding , the bedding although i know its washed its very rough and old. the lobby is fresh but once your on your assigned floor its very hot. however it is close to the airport.

Super kind staff
Not many food variety but what they have taste good and good price (congratulations to the chef)
Card system should improve a little as my card key didn’t allow me to go inside my room few times but staff helped me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice clean hotel with friendly staff. I stayed here for three night as I waited for my daughter to arrive and join me for further travel. Good breakfast in the morning - eggs with choice of meat and delicious horchata or fresh-squeezed orange juice. Plenty of hot water. Fast WiFi. Good natural light in the rooms and common areas and the rooms also have good shades for at night. Only negative is that are no restaurants in walking distance open at night. The one across the street closes at 5:30 p.m. (There is a bar with limited food a block away, however.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT recommend!! They have signs everywhere about wearing face mask and NOONE wears not even the cooks! Hamburger had pieces that were pink! Covers were dirty and with hairs! On top of that unfortunately we left some money in the room because we couldn’t access the safe since no one provided the code and once we returned to obtain it they claim there was NOTHING!! Cops came and we were threatened to get arrested! Was told we weren’t in our country! Do not stay!
