★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan tiempos de diagnóstico y después de haber entregado la unidad al otro día volvió a tener las mismas fallas. Y yo como cliente tengo que dar evidencia con videos de la falla cuando se supone que el auto estuvo una semana en la agencia para poder localizar la falla y hacer la reparación por garantía
 They do not respect diagnostic times and after having delivered the unit the next day it had the same faults again. And I, as a client, have to give evidence with videos of the failure when the car is supposed to have been at the agency for a week in order to locate the fault and make the warranty repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Antes de ir a ver una Buick me confirmó Paola por teléfono que sí estaba disponible llego y no era verdad. Solicité ver otra y ni siquiera tenía las llaves para mostrarla. Cero servicio al cliente, cero interés.
Terrible service. Before going to see a Buick, Paola confirmed by phone that it was available and it wasn't true. I asked to see another one and didn't even have the keys to show it. Zero customer service, zero interest.
