★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio al cliente, dan de 24 a 72 horas para hacer servicio y diagnosticar el vehículo y no cumplen con los plazos, el asesor que nos asignaron (Miriam Yaneth) NO da información del vehículo por teléfono ni responde por whatsapp, tuvimos que asistir varias veces para saber del vehículo y al final retirarlo sin diagnostico, ya le habían sacado un sensor y sin pedir autorización pretendían dejar el vehículo quien sabe cuantos días sin dar razón de el, solo le hicieron cambio de aceites y lo mal lavaron ya que ni aspirado ni limpio por dentro estaba, y con manchas en los cristales por fuera. En general PESIMO SERVICIO
 Very bad customer service, they give 24 to 72 hours to service and diagnose the vehicle and they do not meet the deadlines, the advisor they assigned us (Miriam Yaneth) does NOT give information about the vehicle by phone or respond by whatsapp, we had to attend several times to find out about the vehicle and in the end remove it without diagnosis, they had already removed a sensor and without requesting authorization they intended to leave the vehicle who knows how many days without giving a reason for it, they only changed the oils and washed it badly since neither It was vacuumed or clean inside, and stained on the windows on the outside. In general HORRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible service, they don't respect the opening hours by appointment, they don't respect the delivery schedule, they make you wait too long, they leave oil leaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una muy mala experiencia conforme a un presupuesto de aire acondicionado , el total que me dieron era de $33000.00 argumentando que necesitaban cambiar un compresor y mano de obra súper cara .
Decidí retirar el vehículo y presentarlo a otra agencia con servicio , el presupuesto y reparación bajo muy considerablemente a $5000.00.
Un abuso total a sus clientes que no tienen idea de mecánica o que por la zona acuden a llevar sus automóviles .
Cero recomendable ??
