Cuando llegue me pidieron mi IFE solamente. Despues de 15 entregaron mi IFE a la persona que me entregaria mi factura. Despues de 20 minutos me pidieron el numero de contrato y la señorita Alejandra platica mas por telefono y con sus compañeras de trabajo que apurarse. Soy un cliente sentada en la sala de espera y debo ser de prioridad. No esta bien dejar un cliente esperar de esta manera. La verdad con este trato no vuelvo a comprar con GM Financial Oaxaca.
When I bought my new car and there was good service but now that I came for my bill after I finished paying they have left me waiting for more than an hour. When I arrived they only asked for my IFE. After 15 they gave my IFE to the person who would give me my invoice. After 20 minutes they asked me for the contract number and Miss Alejandra talked more on the phone and with her co-workers than hurrying. I am a client sitting in the waiting room and I must be a priority. It's not okay to let a customer wait like this. The truth is that with this deal I will not buy again with GM Financial Oaxaca.
