Cute spot. SLOW service. Even when it’s not busy. Just expect to go to the bar yourself if you want anything.

Really terrible service. The waiter told us they are not working, but it was 2 hours before the closing hour. He told us to go to another place. Nonesense. Finally the other waiter attended us, but nothing special at all. Better go to any other place with better service

Website states $300 for umbrella/2 chairs but they charged us $450. We had a few people with us so that added up quick and was disappointing and misleading!!

Yes, it's on the best beach on Isla Mujeres. Excellent location...but sadly the service was insanely bad. No one came over to charge us for our cabaña. I had to go wait in line at the bar to pay. I asked at rhe beginning of the day if I could open a tab. I was told, "No." I had to pay for each drink and snack we ordered throughout the day...which meant a long walk and waiting in line to talk to the rude staff. Sigh. At one point, I actually caught a waiter and asked him for a burrito. He disappeared and never came back. Again, the hike to the bar and dealing with the flipping PETTY staff. On one of my orders, I was told they were adding a charge to my card because it was below the minimum amount. SHE ADVISED ME TO HAVE OPENED A TAB!!!! Ugh...... The food was "mehhhh" quality at best. They served my daughter a black, soggy, expired banana with her pancake and brought it over with a spoon instead of a fork. If you are coming to Isla Mujeres to relax, this is NOT the place to do it. I'm local. I live in Cancun. I've been to other beach clubs around here and had better service and food at all of them. Try Las Hamacas or Palapa Leidy instead...they are both within a few hundred feet of here.

Garbage. Avoid. We came for the primo beach location and the swimming here is excellent. But it's the most expensive beach chair we've had so far ($450/day for 1 umbrella). We knew we were going to get hosed on the food but really underestimated how badly. The fish tacos were basic, the quesadillas and nachos were gross, and the pasta must be avoided at all costs. $1400 pesos down the toilet. Half our group didn't even eat their food so will will have to buy lunch a second time somewhere else. A regrettable lapse in judgement on our part and heartbreaking knowing there are much better and cheaper options just up the road that we've been discovering all week.

Never go there!! 65 pesos for a can beer the cheapest one Carta Blanca. That's a robbery!!! And for this price don't expect to have a glass. Tacos are VERY expensive and horrible. Better eat the ones on the street they are much better and cheaper. When a I see the other comments I think this place must be closed.

Good little beach bar right on Playa Norte. Cold beer, decent margaritas and the food was surprisingly good.

Were there two times. First time we had sunbeds and then lunch. when I payed with credit card they asked for tip when signing the receipt. Afterwards when looking more closely at the bill I noticed they had already added tip on the bill meaning we payed tip two times. Second time we asked for sunbeds when we arrived at the time for their opening at 9. Two guys said we should come back in one hour despite a sign saying they open at 9. When we questioned it they were rude and said nasty things in Spanish. The service is really bad. Only good thing is a nice location and the large sunbeds (which are 500 peso for o day. Go somewhere else.
