Estábamos de vacaciones y mi papi tenía una muela mala. Llamamos al consultorio y ahí mismo nos dieron una cita para en la misma tarde. Lo atendieron muy bien. Todos son muy amables. Gracias por la atención.

Desde que llegas a Bukkadent, el recibimiento que te da Susy es excelente, te hace sentir como en casa. Fui a hacerme una limpieza y a que me cambiarán unas resinas y me sentí de lo más cómodo. Más las manos perfectas del doctor Ángel que es muy paciente y siempre con una sonrisa. Además en bukkadent tu tratamiento no duele. Definitivamente vengan a Bukkadent, confíen en los mejores. Por eso ellos son mis dentistas y seguirán siendo mis dentistas.

Encontrar buen odontólogo siempre es algo delicado, llegue hace poco a Playa del Carmen y por buenas reseñas encontré Bukkadent, mi primera cita fue con el doctor Héctor quien me hizo una limpieza y me explico a detalle los problemas que estaba teniendo mi dentadura muy profesional, la segunda cita fue con el doctor Sebastian quien me hizo un tratamiento de conducto, al verme súper nerviosa fue muy atento y me tuvo mucha paciencia, la verdad hizo que el tratamiento no fuera tan pesado. Yo odio ir al odontólogo por el olor el ruido todo.. pero en esta clínica más llegando a Playa del Carmen disfrutó la experiencia y están pendientes de tu progreso. Mega recomendado

Great experience! I highly recommend Dr Oropeza he is very professional and kind, I am currently doing orthodontic and had many other things done, from filling, cavities, etc the team from bukdent always have an excellent service.

Don't go here for any reason. I went for a promotional teeth cleaning which was below the market rate. The hygienist ran a cursory Sonic cleaning which was neither thorough or complete. Then she told me that if I wanted a complete cleaning I would have to pay more. The price she quoted was over the market rate. I told her that I would not have agreed to such a plan if it was presented to me up front. I felt angry that I was being scammed. I got up and left tossing the goggles she gave me on the seat. They fell off. She lost it and began yelling at me and calling me names. I paid according to the promotion and left. It's annoying to be scammed and then insulted. I will be more careful when looking for a reputable dentist that doesn't scam their potential clients. Wow, if I could give negative stars on here I would.

Dr. Hector Oropeza is a perfectionist. He is a fantastic Dentist/Orthodontist but he's also a certified aesthetician. In fact, I've had my teeth cleanings, cavities filled, AND have received Botox at this office. Every service I've come here for has been top notch and I've been very pleased with the service and the value received. From the moment you walk in and you're greeted by the lovely receptionist, Susy who is always wearing a smile and in a great mood. I've had Dr. Angel do my cleanings and fill my cavities, and of course Dr. Hector he has helped my good friend get braces and has administered Botox for me with perfection! I have been getting Botox for a number of years, and Dr. Oropeza is an artist! He's seriously one of the best. He will tell you exactly what you need and never oversell you. He is fair and also gentle. He is a real superstar and cares a lot about his patients and providing the best service ever for his clients. They keep a nice clean office environment as well. If you're an ex-pat in this area looking for a great deal on dental or aesthetician service, (because of high prices in U.S. and/or Canada, etc.) I highly recommend Bukkadent and all the services they offer. I am a repeat client now!

Excellent service!! Highly recommended. From the moment you enter everything is 10 out of 10. I treat myself with 2 doctors, Hector Oropeza And Annie León, they were very polite with me and also their service was outstanding!!! Next time I will visit them for sure!!
