Pero deberían variar más con la música , no a todos nos agrada el Reguetón y es muy incómodo para las personas que nos agrada otro tipo de música

Servicio: muy normal, no es excelente pero en ningún momento sientes que la gente es grosera, son bastante atentos desde el aparente dueño hasta la mesera que tomó mi orden.
Limpieza: No se ve sucio, parece cuidado dentro de lo que cabe y ojo en lo siguiente; voy a culpar más el clima(marzo-abril2022) y ala zona, que al establecimiento ya que confío que la cocina está limpia. Sin embargo al estar esperando mi orden vi pasar una pequeña cucaracha, cabe mencionar que ordené para llevar y tomé la mesa que estaba justo a la entrada, entre el clima y el hecho de que en izcalli tiende a haber coladeras justo en la orilla de la banqueta puede que se haya colado y no tenga nada que ver con la limpieza general del lugar, pero tampoco es muy grato vaya.
Comida: mi comida fue la siguiente: dos ordenes de alitas de veinte piezas con tres sabores; para ambos casos fue BBQ, Parmesano y fresa con habanero, el sabor de cada una estaba bien. La BBQ muy clásica sin ser picosa o vinagrosa, un sabor bastante familiar; las de parmesano creo que fueron mis favoritas, el queso le da un muy buen toque; PERO las de fresa fueron un error garrafal ya que no me dieron de fresa con habanero. No se dónde estuvo el error, al leer la orden, al confundir los botes de salsas y/o polvitos o de plano se les había acabado y no nos avisaron y pusieron unas alitas rojas muy posiblemente de takis las cuales en realidad no eran excelentes ya que estaban muy saladas para mi gusto. No sabría decir cual fue el sabor preciso pero no fue muy sabroso en especial que me hacía ilusión comer algo dulce y picante en vez de salado y pobremente picante.
Precio: cada orden costó 160 pesos, no se me hace un mal precio en especial si es una salida con amigos o algo similar, además que la porción es buena y las piezas de pollo son bastante gorditas me llené con tan solo quince.
Conclusión: espero volver en una época similar no muy lejana e iré con la esperanza de que los errores que experimenté no me vuelvan a suceder y probar otros artículos dela carta como sus cervezas o algo que vi en una mesa cercana que me despertó la curiosidad. Recomendación para clientes: confirmen bien su orden.
Recomendación para los trabajadores: comentenle al cliente si prefiere cambiar el sabor de sus alitas a veces no hay mucho antojo de comer algo muy salado y fumiguen, ayuda muchísimo a la imagen.

Service: very average, not excellent but at no time do you feel that people are rude, they are quite attentive from the apparent owner to the waitress who took my order.
Cleanliness: It doesn't look dirty, it seems careful within what fits and watch out for the following; I am going to blame the weather (March-April 2022) and the area more than the establishment, since I trust that the kitchen is clean. However, while waiting for my order, I saw a small cockroach pass by, it is worth mentioning that I ordered to go and took the table that was right at the entrance, between the weather and the fact that in Izcalli there tends to be sewers right on the edge of the The sidewalk may have slipped in and it has nothing to do with the general cleanliness of the place, but it's not very pleasant either.
Food: my food was the following: two orders of wings of twenty pieces with three flavors; For both cases it was BBQ, Parmesan and Strawberry with Habanero, the flavor of each one was fine. The very classic BBQ without being spicy or vinegary, a very familiar flavor; I think the Parmesan ones were my favorites, the cheese gives it a very nice touch; BUT the strawberry ones were a huge mistake since they didn't give me the strawberry habanero ones. I don't know where the mistake was, when reading the order, confusing the jars of sauces and/or powders or they had run out of it and they didn't tell us and they put some red wings, very possibly from takis, which in reality weren't excellent anymore. They were too salty for my taste. I couldn't say what the precise flavor was, but it wasn't very tasty, especially since I was looking forward to eating something sweet and spicy instead of salty and slightly spicy.
Price: each order cost 160 pesos, I don't think it's a bad price, especially if it's an outing with friends or something similar, plus the portion is good and the chicken pieces are quite thick. I filled myself with only fifteen.
Conclusion: I hope to return in a similar time not too far away and I will go hoping that the mistakes I experienced will not happen again and try other items on the menu such as their beers or something I saw at a nearby table that piqued my curiosity. Recommendation for clients: confirm your order well.
Recommendation for workers: tell the customer if he prefers to change the flavor of his wings, sometimes there is not much desire to eat something very salty and fumigate, it helps a lot with the image.
