★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO servicio.....después de que no pudieron realizar el servicio contratado.......siguen sin regresar el dinero y no me han entregado ni un documento de los supuestos tramites/estudios que les realizaron a mis perros. ESTO LLEVA UN MES!!! Siempre dan largas y puros pretextos.... Ademas, PESIMA comunicacion, habia que rogarles para que me mantuvieran informado de como iban los tramites. Despues de que porfin contestaron y mandaron un supuesto video de que estaban a punto de abordar el vuelo.....no escuche nada hasta al día siguiente para decirme que nunca pudieron abodardar y que estaban EN SU CASA EN MEXICO. Supuestamente que mi perro se había sentido mal y no pudieron volar.....de eso me entere hasta el dia siguiente. Ahhh y ademas, cuando le pregunte como iban me dijeron "muy retrasados" Pero en ningún momento me dijeron lo mas importante!! Que mi perro se había puesto mal.....NO LOS RECOMIENDO......Y sigo esperando mi reembolso.
 PESIMO service ..... after they could not perform the contracted service ....... they still do not return the money and they have not given me a document of the supposed procedures / studies that they carried out on my dogs. THIS TAKES A MONTH !!! They always give long and pure excuses .... Also, a VERY terrible communication, I had to beg them to keep me informed of how the procedures were going. After they finally answered and sent an alleged video that they were about to board the flight ..... I did not hear anything until the next day to tell me that they could never board and that they were AT YOUR HOME IN MEXICO. Supposedly my dog had felt bad and could not fly ..... I found out about that until the next day. Ahhh and also, when I asked how they were doing they told me "very late" But at no time did they tell me the most important thing !! That my dog had gotten sick ..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM ...... And I'm still waiting for my refund.
