★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldo was very attentive, taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and explain hair treatment options. He was gentle with my relatively fine hair, adding in some great Mucota products to make the color treated areas much healthier. We spoke mostly Spanish but he speaks great English too. I’m already back for my second appointment, the full Mucota treatment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend BULLET more. The entire team was amazing from email contact to in person experience. As a foreigner, predominately English speaker, in CDMX BULLET was a welcome addition to the trip as Aldo (the manager) and many members of the team all spoke English and made my experience much better. I must stress, I visited twice. Once, for just a man’s hair cuts, and the second time to have my hair dyed. This gave me the opportunity to see many people come and go whilst I was in the Salon and I can honestly say that if you are a foreigner please look no further - the styles/ treatments gave to both men and women was superb, and I do not believe you will find a better place in CDMX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment at 9:30 am, right when they opened. I got there and the salon was completely closed. The only person there was a lady cleaning and she had no idea when the rest of the team would come. Very unprofessional to have appointments and not even show up. Lost a service and a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to Gaby for my balayage, she is an expert in what she does and I have complete trust in her for doing my hair. Definitely one of the best salons in the city, particularly for blonde hair and now I won't go anywhere else!
