C	Carmen Haro Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si se pudiera no daria ninguna estrella, el hotel aparentemente se ve bien, pero eso solo es por fuera, la mayoria de los cuartos no tienen division, las camas estan todas juntas con la cocina, solo tenian 1 ventilador en todo el bungalow que yo y mi familia nos hospedamos, y ademas en pésimas condiciones, solicitamos que fueran a revisarlo y nunca fueron, el aire acondicionado lo cobran extra, fallan sus apagadores y en ocasiones no cuentas con luz, sus televisiones y canales horribles, ademas haces trato con ellas y al llegarse la fecha no cumplen con lo que trataste, por ejemplo solicitamos una extension de horario para entrega y a la hora de llegar nos dijeron q no porque recibirian mas gente, la sorpresa fue que despues de que entregamos y salimos del hotelucho ese ya estaba cerrado, no hubo mas huéspedes que supuestamente llegarían y tampoco nos cumplieron con la extensión... No lo recomiendo para nada, enfrente esta otro hotel que se llama LAS IGUANAS fuimos a verlo y esta excelente y los precios estan mejor, la proxima vez que visite los ayala seguramente me hospedare ahi ? V	VAG Doll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lejos de la zona centro, es una lata tener q ir tan lejos a comprar las cosas para comer, pésimo servicio fueron a arreglar la tele del cuarto y se robaron mi celular, la recepción estuvo cerrada todos los días, la alberca estaba muy sucia, las ventanas de los baños no tienen cortina además de q daban hacia la calle, la verdad hay lugares mas bonitos y céntricos a ese precio con alberca. creo q les falta mucho por mejorar gran parte del bungalow esta sin pintar, los baños de las albercas estaban muy sucios, las televisiones están muy chicas. Deja mucho que desear, no lo recomiendo para nada.
