I	Isrrael Ibarra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay mantenimiento de las instalaciones, el agua potable huele un tanto desagradable y en el cuarto donde me hospedé se minaba el agua de las tuberías de conducción, en el tercer piso el cuarto huele a drenaje y el Jacuzzi esta disfuncional. There is no maintenance of the facilities, the drinking water smells somewhat unpleasant and in the room where I stayed the water from the conduction pipes was mined, on the third floor the room smells like drainage and the Jacuzzi is dysfunctional.
M	Me FM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve hay la semana pasada y la casa deja mucho de que hablar falta de higiene en la alberca y la terraza , en la cocina avía una fuga de agua y nunca la arreglaron, de 4 días que estuvimos 3 no hubo agua , los colchones tenían chinches y el aire acondicionado solo lo prenden de 9 de la noche a 9 de la mañana según nos dijeron no podíamos cambiarle por qué estaban programados y si lo queríamos tener durante el día teníamos que pagar 500 pesos por cuarto por día , aparte de lo que pagamos de el hospedaje tuvimos que pagar 500 pesos por el aseo por que eso no estaba incluido , pero a nosotros nos entregaron la terraza y la alberca sucia , en conclusión pésimo servicio de la casa y las personas que la rentan , te quieren cobrar hasta por respirar I was there last week and the house leaves a lot to talk about lack of hygiene in the pool and on the terrace, in the kitchen there was a water leak and they never fixed it, of 4 days that we were there 3 there was no water, the mattresses had bed bugs and the air conditioning only turned on from 9 at night to 9 in the morning as they told us we could not change it because they were programmed and if we wanted to have it during the day we had to pay 500 pesos per room per day, apart from what we paid From the accommodation we had to pay 500 pesos for the toilet because that was not included, but they gave us the terrace and the dirty pool, in conclusion, terrible service in the house and the people who rent it, they want to charge you even for breathing
