Te ignoran..... entonces yo comi experiencia fue la peor el peor hotel en el que estado y la verdad no se me ase justo que pagues por un servicio a medias mejor aunque cobren más caro busquen otro hotel van a estar mas a gusto y no van a pasar un mal rato como nosotros y digo nosotros xke no fuimos los únicos donde se encuentra la alberca las habitaciones estaban sin agua...experiencia horrible....
