★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all bad service, we got our room late and the staff ignored us. Furthermore, inside the large rooms the leather on the couches and chairs is ripped and seems super dirty. Everything in general seems dirty such as bathrooms, some weird looking spider webs are hanging off the ceilings above beds, bed have crumbs and hairs and are uncomfortable. Just an uncomfortable place to be at honestly do not recommend. Plus, the pool contains too much chlorine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this place to anyone at all, they give us our key an hour later, the staff ignored us when we tried asking for information. There's no trash cans here, there's weird stuff hanging from the ceiling and the restrooms in the rooms are boiling hot. All doorknobs don't close correctly. The beds are uncomfortable it feels as if it were made of rock. The pools close early and have a lot of chlorine. And as I wrote the review for this place their WiFi kept going away. Just for dear life don't come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed there a number of times and find 5 stars too low! Would give 10 if I could! Fantastic place we will return to as long as we are able. Staff makes us feel like we are part of the family ... our Mexican family! Looking forward to returning!
