Se supone que después de un día en la playa lo que menos esperas es esto. Y la mala atención no pudo faltar no se me dio la seriedad a mi problema solo me cambiaron de habitación no recibí ningúna disculpa por parte de el personal nada !! R	Rossie Pardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo tenía 2 bancos la cocina y eramos 4 personas le comentamos a la persona encargada y no supo dar razón, el control remoto para la TV no servía, Me quitaron el agua unas horas por la noche. Espero que mejoren sus servicios! The kitchen only had 2 benches and we were 4 people, we told the person in charge and he couldn't give reason, the remote control for the TV didn't work, they took away the water for a few hours at night. I hope they improve their services!
d	daniela martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están un poco de cuidado e incómodas ya que son de piedra, no hay limpieza en la habitación, tienes que limpiar ( no te dan aditamentos para hacerlo), no te dan papel de baño ni jabón. Lo único rescatable es el trato del encargado. The facilities are a little careful and uncomfortable since they are made of stone, there is no cleaning in the room, you have to clean (they do not give you accessories to do it), they do not give you toilet paper or soap. The only redeeming thing is the treatment of the manager.

J	Julian Magana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ English: This hotel is not more but just an average hotel which has a kitchen with a big fridge (hense the name bungalow), ita overall a good and cheap place to be for the night, and has a very nice manager or owner! Would come here again, staff is really nice (major props) Espanol: Buen hotel, al mero mero es un Buena persona!
A	Adrian Valle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not give any stars if possible. The pictures are not up to date. The pool is way smaller and deteriorated. The rooms do not have a/c which is a must, given the humidity out here. They ask for a deposit for room reservation and they do not give a refund once you get there and realize you have made a huge mistake. Fridge smells like mold and is very dirty. Blankets very old and room paint is falling apart. When you talk to the people in charge, they have a very bad attitude and they just dont give you a refund. Please make sure you go see the hotel for yourself before you make plans or send a deposit.
