★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing cheap hotel, 900 peso a night for a room with two double beds, just steps from a beautiful beach. The hotel had a store to buy everything you needed, including beer. Had a small private pool

Hot water bring your own toiletries. Kitchen and fridge 4th floor area for a great view, sunset or just looking around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This accommodation is a Health Hazard. The rooms have mold on the walls and ceiling. The Electricity Sockets are loose with no insulation. The furniture and doors are falling apart and surfaces in the kitchen are incredibly greasy.
It is a Shame since the building itself is a jewel and the location is top notch right at the beach.
Unfortunately it seems that the owner has give up on the place (and himself)
And became aggressively rude when we asked for a refund after having spent 5 minutes in the room.
